Default Attributes Sorter Add-On for CRE Loaded

The purpose of this contribution/add-on is to provide a method to better manage how product attributes are displayed to the customer by incorporating a default sort order capability to the admin panel. This allows the store manager/administrator to establish the default sort order for the attributes that they want to use with their products so that the attributes are consistently displayed to the customer in the same order without the store manager/administrator having to remember the order that he/she wants to display each attribute and manually entering that sort order number each time attributes are added or subtracted from a product.

Hope you find this add-on useful, with it you won't have to remember the order you wanted your attributes to be displayed in, just set them once and forget them - all you have to do now is activate the value and enter the price adjustments if/when needed and you're done!

Note: This Add-On should also work with CRE Loaded 6.15 though it has not been tested with that release.

Banner Manager 2.1 Add-On for CRE Loaded

Banner Manager 2.1 changes the way the banner manager behaves in the default CRE Loaded installation by allowing the web store owner the ability to target banner ads to any desired frame/window by using the target attribute of the anchor tag used to display the banner images. The target attribute is entered manually in the banner manager for sites that utilize framed layouts or have other special needs.

The Banner Manager also changes the text displayed on the site to a 125 character description that is delivered with the banner image to the browser for display. This allows you to have a more appealing mouse-over text phrase instead of the clunky 64 character banner title which can now be used to more easily identify the banners to the store manager since the field is no longer displayed to the visitor for mouse-over.

Here's how it works:
You can use any of the standard html target attributes for the anchor tag as outlined below;

_blank - the target URL will open in a new window
_self - the target URL will open in the same frame as it was clicked
_parent - the target URL will open in the parent frameset
_top - the target URL will open in the full body of the window
framename - the name of the target frame

Once you have installed the add-on, you can deliver combinations of banners that point to locations within your site or locations outside of your site where you want to open a new window (just use the _blank attribute to open the new window or the _self attribute to keep them on your site in the current window!

You can also mix banners in the same delivery location as the attribute is now part of the delivery of each individual banner, not the banner group.

Note: This Add-On should also work with CRE Loaded 6.15 though it has not been tested with that release.

This does not include customization of the template for your site, nor does it included debugging the template for programming errors before, during or after installation. If the template to be installed is not compatible or contains programming errors that cause it to not function properly, additional charges will be required to make the appropriate corrections. We will not convert a CRE Loaded standard template to a CRE Loaded Pro B2B template or otherwise upgrade the template with this service.
